"Tastes of Canada"- Guests are invited to celebrate the cuisine of Canada at the gourmet food stations set up throughout the dining room. Each station will feature regional cuisine, from the seafood of the Maritimes to delicious Alberta beef.

The evening will begin with a trip to Niagara's Wine Country. Enjoy samples from some of Niagara's award winning wineries while listening to live jazz.

Throughout the evening, you will be entertained by live music, and will enjoy a special post-dinner performance.

800 guests will celebrate the Tastes of Canada - tickets will be on sale August 11th through the World Cycling Festival Office at (905) 524-3378. Tickets are $125 per person or $1,250 for a table of 10.
