    VISCOUNT ALEXANDER AWARD

    Outstanding Junior Male Athlete

     This award, named in honour of Viscount Alexander of Tunis, Canada's Governor General from 1945 to 1951, is presented to Canada's outstanding junior male athlete of the year. A celebrated war hero, Viscount Alexander, was also a keen fan of golf, skiing, hockey and football.
