HAMILTON BULLDOGS SEASON TICKET COMMITMENT AGREEMENT
1. Term of Commitment:
The undersigned Season Ticket Holder (STH) commits to purchasing season tickets for the Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club ("HBHC") for each of the next three years (2005/2006, 2006/2007, and 2007/2008).
2. Game Tickets, Prices and Payment:
(a) In consideration for, and subject to the payment of, the fees provided in Appendix A, STH shall receive tickets for the seats designated below for all regular season Hamilton Bulldogs home games played at Copps Coliseum each season during the term.
(b) STH will have the first right of refusal to purchase tickets for all Hamilton Bulldog playoff games during the term at the STH playoff rate offered by the HBHC.
(c) The purchase price for season tickets shall are outlined in Appendix A. Payment for each years season tickets will be payable in full no later than June 1 of the upcoming season. STH accepts payment terms as outlined by the HBHC and understands that late payments are subject to interest in accordance to paragraph 5 of this agreement.
(d) HBHC will notify Club STH of all other events at Copps Coliseum and shall be provided with the opportunity to purchase seating for each such event prior to the tickets being made available to the general public. The purchase price for tickets to events other than Hamilton Bulldog Hockey games shall be as determined by the promoter of each event
3. Early Termination:
STH may terminate this agreement prior to the expiration of the term by:
(a) giving written notice that is received by the HBHC between May 1 and June 1 of any year during the term; and
(b) paying a termination fee of $50 per seat per each unexpired year of the term.
4. Assignment:
This agreement, all ticket purchase rights granted hereunder and any tickets issued to STH shall not be assigned, sold, transferred or otherwise alienated or encumbered (collectively, an "assignment"), in whole or in part, by the STH, except upon prior written consent of the HBHC; provided, however, that STH may distribute tickets to its guests for use in the manner permitted herein. Any assignment or attempted assignment by STH in contravention of this agreement shall be null and void and shall be grounds for termination of this agreement by HBHC.
5. Interest:
STH agrees that in the event it fails to pay any installment of each season's total package cost on or before the Due Date, HBHC shall have the right to charge interest in the amount of 18% for the unpaid portion per annum from the date due until paid. Any amount not paid when due shall not be considered paid until the interest charged thereon has been paid.

The prices above will be the same price you pay for each of the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons for all 3-year agreement participants.
2006-07 and 2007-08 deposits or payment in full are required before June 1 of each season
