ARCHERY
Men's individual: Rob Rusnov, Richmond Hill, Ontario 37th in ranking round

BADMINTON
Women's singles: Robbyn Hermitage, Kitchener, Ontario, lost 11-7, 11-2 to Rayoni Head, Australia, in first round, eliminated; Kara Solmundson, Winnipeg, lost 11-4, 11-4 to Lidya Djaelawijaya, Indonesia.
Mixed doubles: Bryan Moody, Calgary, and Milaine Cloutier, Granby, Quebec, lost 15-6, 15-13 to Michael Keck and Nicol Pitro, Germany in first round.
Brent Olynk, West Vancouver, B-C, and Robbyn Hermitage, Kitchener, Ontario, lost 15-9, 15-9 to Simon Archer and Joanne Goode, Britain in first round.

BASKETBALL
