Phil Graham was a member of Canada's fourth place eights team at the 1996
Olympic Games in Atlanta. This year's he'll compete in the heavyweight
men's pairs with Henry Hering. He started rowing only at age 21 at Trent
University where he completed a degree in history.
He rowed on the national team in pairs with Darren Barber in 1993 and 1994
then with Greg Stevenson in 1995 and 1996 before teaming up with Hering in
1997. At the Pan Am Games last year Graham and Kevin White won a bronze
medal. In his career, Graham has never savored a world championship or
Olympic medal but has posted four fourth place finishes.
