SYDNEY (AP) -- Xia Xuanze of China beat Peter Gade of Denmark 15-13, 15-5 to win the bronze medal in men's singles.
China also won the bronze in women's doubles as Gao Ling and Qin Yiyuan beat Chung Jae Hee and Ra Kyung-Min of South Korea 15-10, 15-4.

SYDNEY, Australia (AP) -- Tony Gunawan and Candra Wijaya of Indonesia defeated Lee Dong-soo and Yoo Yong-sung of South Korea 15-10, 9-15, 15-7 to win the men's badminton doubles Thursday.
Ha Tae-kwon and Kim Dong-moon of South Korea beat Tan Fook Choong and Wan Wah Lee of Malaysia 15-2, 15-8 for the bronze.

SYDNEY, Australia (AP) -- Kim Dong-moon's quest for a third Olympic badminton gold ended two victories short of the mark.
Kim and partner Ha Tae-kwon lost to the world's top-ranked duo, Tony Gunawan and Candra Wijaya of Indonesia, 15-3, 15-10 in the men's doubles semifinals Wednesday (Tuesday night EDT).
